Information used for orders

Checkout collects your name, mobile number and delivery address to process and deliver your order. Order details and account information are stored in the store’s database.

Accounts and private links

Customer sign-in uses SMS verification codes. Administrator passwords and verification codes are stored as hashes. Guest order links contain a private access token; anyone with your link can view that order, so do not share it publicly.

SMS and delivery services

If configured, your mobile number and order message are sent to the SMS provider. Your delivery details are shared with the selected courier as necessary to fulfil your order. Before dispatch, we may also send your mobile number to BD Courier to check historical delivery success across couriers. These results are available only to authorised store administrators.

Marketing cookies and Meta Pixel

If you choose Allow marketing, we use Meta Pixel to share public page visits and shopping actions with Meta, including product views, cart additions, checkout starts and orders placed. Events may include product identifiers, quantities, order value in BDT and browser or device information. Meta uses this information to measure advertising and personalise ads on Facebook and Instagram. A cash-on-delivery purchase event represents an order placed, not payment collected.

Marketing is optional. Rejecting it does not affect shopping. You can change your choice using Marketing preferences in the footer. Your preference is saved in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Meta cookies may remain until they expire or you delete them in your browser. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or intentionally send your name, phone number, email, delivery address or private tracking token in marketing events.
